Port Hole sets for doorsWe manafacture 2 types of metal port holes. 1. Spun Flanged port holes in stainelss steel, brass and aluminium. These are supplied with a single pane of glass from stock to suit 44mm and 54mm doors and close to these dimentions as standard.For other thickness`s of doors it may be easier to supply the twin glazed set. 2.Flat laser cut port holes also in stainless steel, brass and aluminium. These are supplied in twin glazed glass cassettes with a matching metal inner sleeve. Please note for fire doors the port holes must be back to back fixed with intumescent door liner and glass gasket. For non-fire doors we supply with wood screws. Should you require supplies for metal doors we would supply with M5 machine screws. All fixings would normally be supplied with round or flat cover caps to asthetically finish the product We have relevant Fire Test Certification to 1 hour doors. Port Hole SPH2
